This week on filmsack All you need is the “Edge Of” your seats to find out what “Tomorrow” will bring as we take it to the Max to Live, Die, and oh no…not again… repeat… this kill-er 2014 Sci-Fi/Action film adapted from some straight-up right-to-left manga… starring our favorite middle aged Mr. Risky Business himself … sock sliding pants-less right into the horrors of defending the earth against time looping aliens that resemble last night’s plate of spaghetti and meatballs. Hold still ya slippery piece of alien pasta. We lost Germany…We lost France…Somebody get this guy some underpants.
Anywho, This is the one hundred and eleventeenth time I have written this intro and this is as far as we make it. I’ve tried everything. I’ve rewritten that underpants bit until my eyes dilated to full black. But every-time I say, “Oh hi,” eventually some spaghetti and meatballs garlic-breathing time-alien pops up behind me and chokes me out. But so far…no alien…huh… ok maybe my tweaks…nope…I’m dead.

BRIEF
When Earth falls under attack from invincible aliens, no military unit in the world is able to beat them. Maj. William Cage (Tom Cruise), an officer who has never seen combat, is assigned to a suicide mission. Killed within moments, Cage finds himself thrown into a time loop, in which he relives the same brutal fight — and his death — over and over again. However, Cage’s fighting skills improve with each encore, bringing him and a comrade (Emily Blunt) ever closer to defeating the aliens.
