BRIEF

Blue Steel (1990) is a psychological thriller starring Jamie Lee Curtis as Megan Turner, a rookie NYPD officer who becomes entangled in a deadly game of cat and mouse with a psychotic Wall Street broker (Ron Silver) after he steals her gun and uses it to commit murders. Directed by Kathryn Bigelow, the film explores themes of obsession, power, and the struggles of women in male-dominated spaces, all wrapped in a gritty, tension-filled narrative.
