| Oh hi, is this a Rouglike FPS Shooter where you have the hands of a wizard and the heart of a warrior! Will you need to Collect runes and keys to determine which beasts you will face in the pit when you summon it!? Are you shuffled a rotating number of instances that you have to choose at an alter…this way or that… focusing on collecting specific motes to collect…with some motes being transient and others being something you can take back to town eventually. Wealth! Get more wealth! Who cares about shuffling your potential upgrades when you complete an alter. I certainly didn’t…and look at me…I’m ready to go back into the pit again! Each level of the pit (so far) has 4 alters. When you complete and alter you get a choice of an upgrade to the ability tied to your left or right hand or to your defenses. Usually a buff…sometimes a replacement. Pick between long range, short range, focused, scattered and intensity/power/rate…it gets complicated but the results are really important. especially as you stack those buffs to go deeper into the pit! |
